Alignment, balance, and rotation are three different things
Alignment adjusts wheel angles. Balancing addresses weight distribution around a wheel and tire assembly. Rotation changes tire positions to manage wear. Pulling, vibration, and uneven wear may need different checks, so describe the symptom even if you are unsure which service to choose.
After a pothole or curb strike
A hard pothole or curb strike can affect a wheel, tire, or alignment. Note any new pull, vibration, or change in steering-wheel position after the impact, and tell EXA before your visit.
What an alignment will not fix

What to know before the visit.
Do I need an alignment when replacing tires?
It depends on wear patterns, measurements, and how the vehicle drives. We can inspect the condition and explain what is appropriate. If the outgoing tires show an alignment-related wear pattern, aligning before fitting new ones protects the new set.
My steering wheel is straight but the car pulls. What is that?
Pulling with a centered steering wheel can come from alignment angles, uneven tire pressures, a difference between tires, or a brake that is not releasing fully. It needs to be checked rather than assumed, because the fixes are entirely different.
The steering wheel is off-center but the car goes straight. Does that matter?
It is worth correcting. The vehicle goes where you point it, but the wheel no longer tells you where the front wheels are, and that is your reference for noticing the next change.
I hit a pothole and it still drives fine. Should I have it checked?
